How to apply for Residence Permit in Shanghai China

How to apply for Residence Permit, or working Z visa in Shanghai, China？ For expats working in Shanghai, China, it's critical to get a working Z visa so that they can stay long enough for them to concentrate on their core business.
To get a Residence Permit requires the applicant:

(1). at least a bachelor degree;

(2).has at least 2 years relevant working experience;

(3).no criminal record.
 
1. Documents required to apply for Residence Permit (Working Z visa):
(1). Diploma, at lease bachelor's degree, notarized and certified at local Chinese embassy/consulate;
(2). Certificate of no criminal record, or police clearance certificate(PCC), notarized and certified at local Chinese embassy/consulate;
(3). Working experience certificate, employment separation certificate of previous 2 years or last three jobs, stamped by previous company the applicant worked for;
(4). Registration Form of Temporary Residence in Shanghai;
(5). Health Certificate;
(6). Labor Contract;
(7). Business License and stamp; 
(8). Photo (35mm*53mm or 413pixel*626pixel)
(9). Other documents related.
