What should Representative Office do monthly & annually? After registration, and finished opening bank accounts, there are things should be done monthly & annually for a Representative Office to ensure normal operation, which are:

1. Monthly Routine;
Tax & Accounting:
Representative Offices in China should declare tax monthly and keep account(bookkeeping). It’s taxpayers’ duty and obligation.
